Energetic Hygiene Class: Keep Yourself Clean! 2- Part Series
Have you been feeling tired, foggy, overwhelmed, drained, agitated, depressed, anxious or like your thoughts are caught in a loop? Do you often feel depleted or not like yourself? ENERGETIC HYGIENE CAN HELP.
THINK ABOUT IT: We take time to wash our face and brush our teeth every day. We drink water to stay hydrated and flush our systems. We use a vacuum or broom to sweep up the dust and the cobwebs. So too, can we employ simple tools and practices to help clear and clean our emotional and energetic systems within us and around us. No matter how sensitive you are, you are picking up the vibes of those around you, the energy of your devices and the overall din of the city. These things can zap our moods, add to anxiety and depression, and make us feel drained. In this class you'll learn some simple (even fun ways) to be more mindful of your energetic space, discern what's yours and what's not, and discover creative ways to scrub and release the "energetic dirt"!
Class is taught by Susan DuMett an intuitive empath and energy system healing practitioner and mentor.
You'll gain core tools you can start using right away to keep yourself clean and clear. We will also be doing some clearing and healing work in class.
