Welcome! I’m Susana and I am so glad you’re here. Since 2011 my work has rooted in deep experience, sincere devotion, and a genuine desire to help people activate their own healing and empowerment from the inside out. My mission is always to be a safe and transformative resource for your unique journey and to help you elevate your innate capabilities for greater well-being, clarity, confidence, and joy.
I offer personalized sessions to support your individual transformational and/or spiritual journey. A session may consist of a combination of energy reading and insights, hypnosis or light trance work (including journeying), conscious conversation, and guidance/coaching with a metaphysical perspective on the questions, changes, challenges, or creations you're focused on. We'll work in both the practical, tactical world as well as the unseen realms that shape our thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. The core premise is understanding energy, how to work with it within and around you, and how your thoughts and beliefs both conscious and unconscious shape that energy, and thus day-to-day reality, and how to shift into a state of beingness where your clarity, stability, creativity, and ongoing well-being are your grounded default as you continue to explore and evolve your life. My work draws on energy healing, hypnotherapy, life coaching, consciousness studies at places like the Monroe Institute, mind and energy mastery practices, decades of spiritual study and practice, and life coaching my own healing from trauma, illness, and more. I'm highly intuitive and perceptive and for a few years I taught energy healing and psychic development at a psychic school. In addition have a background in technology and global communications, leading communication teams and training for tech leaders around the world. I'm also a multi-business entrepreneur with experience building teams and trusted relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders, and serving as a vendor company for a Fortune 500 technology company. With this first-hand experience , I often work with entrepreneurs to build businesses or help individuals uplevel for leadership positions. Music is a passion and I also offer vocal sound healing and voice empowerment workshops. I reside in the Pacific Northwest with my highly creative beloved of nearly 20 years. All of these things and more can inform our work together. My own recovery from a serious health issue brought me to this work and it ended up improving every aspect of my life: from the different kinds of work I do, to relationships, good health, and wealth in all its forms. It's now something I help other people do too: heal and bring forth all that they are to live their best life. What I know for sure is that you are more than you've been led to believe and have access to information and resources that you may not be fully aware of. I can help you tap into that.
