we may work with along with some other specific details for you to sign off on.
This ensures we are on the same page as we begin working together.

Sessions are up to 90 minutes. Program session times may run differently. Your own care towards your Self, our work together and any other therapeutic work or study you are doing has the potential to both augment and expedite your healing and empowerment.
