Many of us inadvertently take on the emotions and moods of other people or we are in situations where big personalities, drama, and or just sheer numbers of people seem to seep into our bones. No matter how sensitive you are, you are picking up the vibes of those around you, the energy of your devices, and the overall din of the city. This extra energy (that is not yours) can make you feel overwhelmed, drained, depressed, anxious or like there just isn't enough time and space for YOU inside you. It can inhibit our focus, our ability to be present. It can make us feel like we are constantly giving away energy but not getting any back. ENERGETIC HYGIENE CAN HELP. THINK ABOUT IT: We take time to wash our face and brush our teeth every day. We drink water to stay hydrated and flush our systems. We use a vacuum or broom to sweep up the dust and the cobwebs. So too, can we employ simple tools and practices to help clear and clean our emotional and energetic systems within us and around us. In this class you'll be guided through an energy healing and clearing in class that you can then repeat yourself at home. You will also learn energy clearing tools and ways to fill yourself up both in the moment and at the end of the day to feel even more empowered and more you. We'll also cover ways to own your energetic space, discern what's yours and what's not, and discover some fun and creative ways to scrub and release the "energetic dirt"! Class is taught by Susan DuMett an intuitive empath, licensed hypnotherapist, and energy system healing practitioner and mentor. |
