Own your shadows, don't let them own you.

A lot of people are talking about shadow work these days, but what are shadows really? I like to think of of them as any parts of ourselves that we've rejected, ostracized, or abandoned that ultimately refuses to be ignored and turns against us. Sometimes we are conscious of it, sometimes we are not.

When the parts we've relegated to the depths and shadows act without our full awareness it means that our present and conscious self is disempowered and goes on autopilot. Your unconscious is driving Instead of full-on you.

In this intensive we'll look at the shadows that live within us and around us, and those that have passed through our ancestral lines. We will pull from known archetypes to find the treasure of your shadows and work with mind & energy tools to alchemize what needs care and attention to better serve you. While there may be release work and banishing of some things, this isn't about fully eradicating the "dark" aspects of ourselves. It's about fully understanding the truth of that which we have disowned and reclaiming the power in it--and in ourselves--and be able to consciously direct it and use it to serve the highest and best good.
