I finally "got" one of my biggest life lessons with Susana: Trust is an inside job. I was always worrying about whether I could trust other people.
Susana asked me a profound question: "What energy systems are you feeding?" I realized I was not feeding love and trust, I was feeding fear and this idea that if people were really faithful and cared about me they'd prove it (by doing what I thought they should do). But, I never felt safer or better. And, I know I made people feel frustrated and like how they showed up authentically wasn't right. With Susana's help, I built trust and certainty in myself. I learned to read energy so I know for sure when something or someone is not safe which changed how I relate to people. I am not so controlling and I am excelling in ways I didn't realize were possible. My husband said he feels he can be more himself and feels closer to me--the best proof possible.
